To complete an order, follow these steps:
ITEM SELECTION
To search for items, browse through the different menus in the top navigation bar or use the search tool on the homepage. Please note that this search tool only provides access to the windows themselves, not to any accessories.
The windows or window kits are structured in three category levels: Brand, Model, and Version. Once you access the desired version, you will need to configure it by expanding and selecting the desired “Material Combinations” and choosing the “Add-ons” to be included.
Through the material combinations, you can select different materials, their colors, and their thickness.
Through the add-ons, you can include the different models of standard sliding hatches in the order. For kits, there is only the option to include sliding hatches in both the driver’s and passenger’s windows, always together. If you want a configuration with only one sliding hatch, you will need to purchase the windows separately, and once the last one has been added to the cart, click “CHECKOUT” on the pop-up window “Product successfully added to your shopping cart.” You can also go to the shopping cart at any time by clicking on “CART” in the top right corner of the screen.
SHOPPING CART OPTIONS
Once you go to the shopping cart, you will have different configuration options before proceeding to “CHECKOUT.”
You can remove items by clicking the trash bin icon to the right of each item line.
You can also adjust the quantity ordered for each item in the cart.
Once you have reviewed the items in the cart, click “CHECKOUT” to start the purchase process. The shipping cost shown in the CART has not yet been updated until you select the shipping method on the following pages.
1 PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Order as a guest
On the next page, you will need to provide your name, surname, and an email address. Optionally, you can create a password to set up an account on our website at the same time, making future purchases quicker. The date of birth is optional.
- Sign in
If you already have an account, simply click on “Sign in” and enter your email address and password for this website.
Once identified by either method, click “CONTINUE.”
2 ADDRESSES
Fill in the shipping address as accurately as possible and tick the checkbox below if you want us to use this information for the invoice as well.
Click “CONTINUE.”
3 SHIPPING METHOD
Select the shipping method or collection from our premises. Once the shipping method is selected, the cost will be updated.
If you want to include delivery instructions for the courier, you can fill in the comments section.
Click “CONTINUE.”
4 PAYMENT
Currently, Racing Window® only accepts payment by bank transfer or by bank cheque to guarantee transaction security.
In this final step of the purchase process, you must choose between these two payment methods, and you will receive all the necessary information to complete the payment easily.
If you select bank transfer, once the order is confirmed you will receive our order confirmation by email with the banking details and order number. Using this information, make the transfer, stating the order number as the reference, and send us the payment proof.
In the case of payment by cheque, you will be asked to send your cheque to our address, with the total amount payable and naming Carpintería Inglés S.L. as the beneficiary.
Finally, you need to tick the checkbox to accept the terms of service and the cancellation policy without reservation.
Before clicking “ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY” to finalise the order, review the summary of all the details, and if necessary click the pencil icons in each section to make any changes.
Once the order is complete, you will receive email updates at the different stages of your order status.
