If the items received do not meet your expectations, or if you have simply changed your mind and wish to return your purchase, you will have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from it.
Please note that you will be responsible for the transportation costs. The return may be carried out using the same means as the delivery and at the same cost.

The refund for any return will be processed through the same method used for payment at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we are notified, as indicated above, of the intention to withdraw from the purchase and provided that the returned merchandise has been collected from your address and checked to confirm it is in good condition. The merchandise must be properly packaged; the original packaging is not required. The refund will cover the price of the returned merchandise and the initial shipping costs.
Products with special measurements manufactured specifically for the customer cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects. A product is considered to have special measurements when it is not available for direct sale on the website and must be made upon the customer’s request.
